• Large amount of investors

• Investment Amount: Invested 10 million of New Zealand Dollars in a New Zealand government-designated project for a period for 3 years

• Business operating Experience: No Requirements

• Age limit: No requirements

• Master Applicant English Requirements: No Requirements

• Dependent English Requirements: No requirements

• Residence Time Requirements: meet the requirement of staying 44 days per year in the last 2 years from the 3 years investment  period

Investor

• Investment Amount: Invested 3 million New Zealand Dollars in a New Zealand government-designated project for a period of 4 years

• Operating Experience: Requires at least 3 years of business operation experience

• Age limit: 65 years or below

• Main applicant English requirements: IELTS average 3 points or more

• Dependent English Requirements: Same English Requirements as Principal Applicant, or English Language Requirements for

• ESOL English Program

• Residence time requirements: meet the requirement of staying 146 days per year in the last 3 years from the 4 years investment period

             

Project Benefits

Application Process

• Consult and documents collection

• Preliminary assessment and signing of service agreement

• Submit an application to immigration

• Physical examination while wait for the immigration officer to examine the case for a general processing time of 6-12 months

• Receive principle Approval Letter 

• Transfer investment funds to New Zealand within 24 months to obtain the right to stay

• Invest 10 million New Zealand Dollars: meet the requirement of staying 44 days per year in the last 2 years from the 3 years of investment period or invest in 3 million New Zealand Dollars: meet the requirement of staying 146 days per year in the last 3 years from the 4 years of investment period.

• After the investment period expires, the whole family will obtains an unconditional permanent residency
